Referrals are a great way for us to discover exceptional talent - around 50% of Zinc Founders have come through word-of-mouth and referrals. 

Who we're looking for:

• Mission area experts: People with deep insight into an important problem in health or the environment
• Business & technical leaders: People who are ready to use their commercial or technical expertise to build and scale a mission-led startup in health or environment
• Entrepreneurial Scientists: People who have already developed innovative deep tech or deep science in the mission space
